What is the Case Law Club?

The caselaw club is an initiative by lawyers who love caselaw, for lawyers, law students and legally trained professionals who share our passion. We create videos chatting about litigation, regulatory changes and of course, case law!

The ‘for lawyers’ part of this is important, because our content will not help non-lawyers.

We advise non-lawyers refer to one of the many other resources intended to help lay-persons navigate the law or seek legal advice where appropriate.

Rely on this content at your own risk, and with consideration to the relevant disclaimers in our T&Cs page; noting that, without training in the given field of law and appropriate cross-checking, doing so is likely to lead you into disaster.

The club is mostly comprised of Solicitors and Barristers based in NSW, but we expect to include some of our QLD, VIC & WA amici lex, in due course.

Every episode includes at least one specialist in the given law, however many episodes involve generalist lawyers or lawyers who specialise in a field other than the topic being discussed.

Presently the Club may be viewed on Youtube, however we have plans to expand to every other platform where you watch or listen to content.

Feedback & Enquiries

We are just getting started, and would love your constructive feedback, so that together with your help we can produce something that you can enjoy, or perhaps even find useful! Just make sure that you are kind in your feedback so that we can take your advice in the *right* way.

Please direct enquiries and to Admin@caselawclub.com.au.

Appearing on The Club

While most of our hosts appear semi-regularly, we are always on the lookout for legal talent who might be able to contribute particular knowledge in respect of a landmark case.

If this is you, and you would like to come on for a one-off, please let us have a summary of who you are, what you would like to discuss and why at Admin@caselawclub.com.au.

Please note that all club members are practicing lawyers, and therefore our processes for responding work quite slowly; this does not mean we do not share your prospective enthusiasm.
